John Conroy

Lead Trainer, Owner

John has been working in the fitness industry for the last 4 years, helping hundreds of people from all backgrounds achieve their fitness goals. Having been underweight for his height and having a noticeable lack in strength for physical sports like rugby, this lead John to improve strength and increase size. However this would also lead to a sea of conflicting information that results in wasted weeks and months of backbreaking effort. John's passion for helping others with improve their fitness arises from his own experience of increased confidence both in athletic situations and life in general.

John's approach to helping others with their fitness is based on client adherence (what way do YOU prefer to train), accountability (keeping the client focused) and effectiveness (doing what will get great results in a realistic time frame). This ensures that the client not only reaches their goals, but also does so without hating the process of training!
